Digital certificates

Full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days. You do not need a reason. You do not need to explain yourself to anyone. Email [FILL SUPPORT EMAIL] with the email address you used and we will refund it.

We would genuinely rather refund you than have you dispute the charge with your bank, so please just ask.

Physical goods (Freedom Drops)

Not currently sold. When they are:

• Cancel any time before it ships for a full refund.
• Damaged, wrong, or not as described: full refund or replacement, your choice. Keep the item.
• Changed your mind after delivery: 30 days, return it unused at your cost, refund on arrival.
• Never arrived: we refund or resend. Not your problem.

What we will not do

Argue with you about whether the joke was funny.
